Bruce Rubenstein has over 30 years experience in the film and television industry. He began working with the acting legend, Mickey Rourke in 1985. They soon partnered to form Red Ruby Productions, and would collaborate on eight projects together. Rubenstein then moved on to screenwriting, penning the 1996 critically acclaimed film, Bullet.
Personally responsible for resurrecting the career of Andrew Dice Clay, Rubenstein’s personal representation landed Clay two comedy specials, a book deal, a role in Woody Allen’s Blue Jasmine, as well as Martin Scorsese's upcoming HBO Untitled Rock & Roll series. Currently they are collaborating on a new series DICE, recently bought by Showtime, and slated to shoot this September in Las Vegas.
Rubenstein is also an acclaimed Los Angeles based artist working in oil, canvas and mixed media whose pieces are collected by the likes of MOCA Hot Springs, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Adrien Brody, and Meshulam Riklis.
