They launched Tangra in 2013 to blend their expertise in Indian and Chinese cooking in a brand new way, to highlight local produce and innovative recipes at their popular seasonal supper club dinners. In this class, they will teach basic principles behind both Chinese and Indian cuisine, and prepare a delicious seasonal, vegetarian meal that includes signature Tangra dishes.
