Glosser is an accomplished senior licensing and merchandising executive with a strong sales and product strategy background. With deep expertise across corporate, celebrity and entertainment properties, Glosser has been successfully licensing, merchandising and monetizing major brands for over twenty years.
Currently, as Senior Vice President of Licensing for Conde Nast, a full service media company, she oversees the development of content and product licensing for the iconic portfolio of Conde Nast brands including, Vogue, Teen Vogue, Vanity Fair, GQ, and Glamour, to name a few.
Glosser served as Executive Vice President of Global Licensing for The Trump Organization for over ten years where she created and developed the Trump brand licensing program from inception into a full service licensing division for Donald Trump, reporting directly to Donald Trump. She created entrepreneurial deal flow on a global basis across categories including apparel and accessories, spirits, fragrance, home, digital and mobile. Glosser oversaw all elements of the licensing program including sales, retail, advertising, special events, promotions, public relations and product development. She was a featured judge and brand expert on The Apprentice and Celebrity Apprentice. Her licensed products were nominated by the Licensing Industry Merchandisers’ Association (LIMA) for best corporate brand licensee of the year for 2008 and 2009.
Previously, Glosser was a licensing consultant for The New York Times Company where she led licensing strategy, business development and sales for the leading publisher. Glosser created and managed a successful licensing program across multiple NYT brands and assets including: masthead brand, section brands, crossword puzzle brand, topic brands, articles, photos and columnists.
Glosser’s early career in licensing was spent licensing entertainment properties. She was Vice President of Domestic Licensing for Marvel Entertainment, where she led a team responsible for licensing over 2,300 characters to hundreds of licensees. In addition, Glosser held senior licensing roles at Saban Entertainment (Mighty Morphin Power Rangers) and DIC Entertainment (Madeline, Inspector Gadget) where she was responsible for domestic licensing. Prior to licensing, Glosser started out her career in publishing as a market editor at Conde Nast’s Glamour Magazine.
Glosser has a BA from the University of Vermont. She lives in New York City with her husband and two children.
