The Liberace Foundation for the Creative and Performing Arts is a 501(c)3 nonprofit institution, founded in 1976.

“Mr. Showmanship” endowed the Foundation with his amazing collection of costumes, automobiles, antiques, art and jewelry, in addition to approximately $4 million in cash. Scholarships and grants exceeded $6 million, plus permanent endowment funds established at various universities, before the Foundation’s original endowment fund saw its sunset in 2011. The Foundation is now utilizing brand licensing as well as celebrity events and auctions to develop a new Liberace endowment fund and continue the tradition of supporting new talent.
