Meet acclaimed chef and television personality Eric Greenspan while enjoying a memorable dining experience for six guests at Mish, his new-school Jewish deli in Los Angeles.
You and five guests will dine in Mish's intimate upstairs vinyl listening lounge, where full albums set the soundtrack for an evening centered on great food, conversation, and connection. The experience includes a $300 credit for food and drinks, along with the opportunity to meet Chef Greenspan and hear inside stories from his celebrated career, from training in some of the world's most prestigious kitchens and leading acclaimed Los Angeles restaurants to defeating Bobby Flay on Iron Chef America and becoming a familiar face on Food Network.
Nearly a decade in the making, Mish is Greenspan's fresh, distinctly Los Angeles take on the Jewish deli, deeply rooted in tradition, but designed for the way people eat and gather today. Greenspan spent two years perfecting the restaurant's brisket and pastrami, while its expansive menu also features wood-fired bagels, shakshuka, potato-and-leek kugel, wagyu meatballs, babka French toast, and bakery-case favorites including black-and-white cookies, hamantaschen, and rugelach. Bringing Greenspan's fine-dining pedigree and inventive approach to the foods he grew up loving, Mish pairs serious culinary craftsmanship with the relaxed energy of a music-driven neighborhood hangout, creating a stylish, contemporary L.A. dining destination with food worth crossing town for.
A fixture of the Los Angeles culinary scene for more than two decades, Greenspan first rose to prominence as executive chef of Patina, which became the top-ranked French restaurant in the 2004 Zagat Guide. He later opened The Foundry on Melrose, earning widespread acclaim and recognition as a semifinalist for the James Beard Foundation's Best New Restaurant in America. His culinary training includes time with renowned chefs Alain Ducasse, David Bouley, and Rocco DiSpirito, as well as an apprenticeship at Ferran Adrià's legendary Michelin three-star restaurant El Bulli in Spain.
Greenspan has hosted, judged, competed on, or appeared in numerous television programs across Food Network, NBC, Fox, A&E, National Geographic, Travel Channel, and other networks. In addition to defeating Bobby Flay on Iron Chef America, he is a regular judge on Guys Grocery Games and frequently appears on Guys Ranch Kitchen. He is also the author of two cookbooks, The Great Grilled Cheese Book: Grown-Up Recipes for a Childhood Classic and Cook Up Comfort with Eric Greenspan.
Gather your favorite food lovers for this special opportunity to experience Mish, connect with one of Los Angeles most accomplished chefs, and enjoy an unforgettable meal in a space created for guests to slow down, listen, and spend time together.
