Bobby Steggert is an American theatre, musical theatre, television, and film actor. Steggert joined the cast of the soap opera All My Children as Sam Grey, from March 2005 until his final appearance on December 20, 2005. After appearing in, among other Broadway and Off-Broadway productions, Master Harold ... and the Boys A Christmas Carol, The New Group's The Music Teacher and columbinus at the New York Theater Workshop, Steggert starred as Jimmy Curry in the 2007 Broadway revival of the musical 110 in the Shade, a role which garnered him an Outer Critics Circle Award nomination. Steggert then played the male lead in the 2008 musical The Slug Bearers of Kayrol Island at the Vineyard Theater in Manhattan which garnered him both Drama Desk and Drama League Nominations for Best Supporting Actor. Steggert currently resides in New York City, where he continues to work in the theatre.
Jack Cummings III currently serves as Artistic Director of Transport Group, a New York theatre company devoted to plays and musicals, both revivals and premieres, that deal with American life in the 20th and 21st centuries. In 2005, Jack conceived and directed the critically acclaimed musical The Audience, for which he received a Drama Desk nomination for Outstanding Director of a Musical. The Audience also received Drama Desk nominations for Outstanding Musical and Outstanding Lighting Design. Other Transport Group credits include Tony nominee John Cariani's world premiere play, cul-de-sac, the world premiere musical Normal by Yvonne Adrian, Cheryl Stern, and Tom Kochan, Our Town, Requiem for William (which he also conceived), and Michael John LaChiusa's First Lady Suite which was nominated for two Drama Desk Awards including Outstanding Revival of a Musical and Outstanding Featured Actress in a Musical - Mary Testa.
