Karyn Smith-Forge is the former President of Don Cheadle's production company, This Radicle Act Productions, where she developed television and feature projects for platforms including Netflix, Showtime, FX, AMC, Max, and Paramount. She has collaborated with leading creators and producers including Derek Kolstad (John Wick, Nobody) and Marsai Martin (Black-ish), helping bring bold and original stories to life.
Previously, Karyn served as Senior Vice President of Production at Berlanti Productions, overseeing an extraordinary slate of 20 series, including DC Universe hits Superman & Lois, Doom Patrol, and Batwoman. Before that, as Senior Vice President of Cable & Digital Development at CBS Television Studios, she helped launch the studio's cable and streaming efforts and developed acclaimed series including Power, American Vandal, Young & Hungry, and The Guest Book.
Earlier in her career, Karyn was Vice President of Programming at Fox Television Studios, where she oversaw series including White Collar, Graceland, and The Glades. She also worked as a television literary agent at Endeavor, packaging projects such as NBC's Chuck and representing top writers, directors, and producers.
Today, Karyn serves as President of CP4 Productions, where she continues to champion innovative storytelling and emerging creative voices.
A former professional track and field athlete, Karyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law.
