Stephanie Brody-Lederman’s paintings have been seen on the covers of The Paris Review #160 and L’Oeil magazines, and have been shown at the Cooper Hewitt Museum, MoMA, NYC, San Francisco Airport and Musee Bourdelle, Paris, France. A portfolio of her work appeared in The Paris Review #75, and the Intermedia Poetry Project. Among the grants and awards she has received are: NYFA, LMCC, Artists Space, Percent for Art, SOS Grant, Hassam and Speicher Award, NYFA/NEA LINE Grant, Ariana Foundation for the Arts Grant, E.D Foundation Grant and Percent for Art award. Her work was selected as one of nine semi-finalists for The Basil. H. Alkazzi Award for Excellence 2015. Her paintings have been reviewed in Artforum, Art in America, Art+Antiques and Hyperallergic. She has had 4 solo shows at the OK Harris Gallery, NYC, and a solo show “Visual Poetry” at the Mattatuck Museum in Waterbury, CT. She has had a solo exhibition ”Dancing With Truffaut” at Guild Hall Museum, East Hampton, NY. Her Painting “Outdoor Girl” is included in the exhibition “Text Me: How We Live In Language” opening September 2017 at The Museum of Design, Atlanta, Georgia. In August 2017 she had a solo show at the Kiosk Museum in San Francisco. A portfolio of her work is featured in Pythias Magazine, September 2017 and her work was featured in “I Got Your Message,” Smart Start Fridays with Cheryl McGinnis, October 2017. Her work, “The Flaws You and I Share” was the feature cover of Interim Literary Journal, February 2018.
