The Caitlyn Jenner Foundation (CJF) launched in 2017 with the mission to promote equality and combat discrimination by providing grants to organizations that empower and improve the lives of transgender people, including youth, anti-bullying, suicide prevention, healthcare, housing, employment, and related programs.
Since the launch, the foundation has awarded more than $100,000 to five organizations focused on empowering the community in the areas of homelessness, advocacy, arts and human services. CJF quickly established itself as one of the leading foundations supporting programs and organizations that were specifically focused on the various and intersectional needs of the trans community.
