The NYS Hon. Fire Chiefs Association was founded in 1950. Our Mission Statement is to provide financial assistance to firefighters and their families. We present a vast number of Medals of Valor to the brave men and women who have risked their lives to save others. Also, we maintain firefighter memorials for firefighters that have died in the line of duty and present financial scholarships to children of fallen hero firefighters.
