Pieces of Us is a collaborative effort from the Reebok Collective and design up-cycler Justin Mensinger. The pair teamed up to continue building awareness for Mental Health and eco-friendly fashion sustainability. As the title states, Pieces of Us actually uses existing materials (or pieces) from the closets of the Reebok Collective. We all have a story to tell and Justin perfectly crafts the individual stories of each collective member for a one-of-a-kind drop. Each piece will be unique and different from the next but all will weave in messages for mental health.

The proceeds from this auction will be donated to BOKS (Building Our Kids Success), a non-profit with a mission to get kids more active to ensure a lifelong commitment to physical and mental health.

The Reebok Collective is a group of multi-talented black and brown creators and activists. They’re a true representation of the diverse world we live in, and they’re helping influence other creators while also putting on for their communities. The collective members include; Broderick Hunter, Lazarus Lynch, Richie Shazam, Amrit, Maxwell Pearce, and Kendra Oyesana-Willis.

BOKS is a nonprofit that provides a free physical activity program for kids. The program provides lesson plans, physical training, and games all geared towards creating a more active lifestyle for the youth of today. The truth is that 81% kids of today are not receiving enough physical activity. This could lead to non communicable diseases and mental health issues. Justin Mensinger, who has been a long advocate for mental health has always believed that movement allows for us turn penned up energy into pieces of creativity.
