Bailey House

Bailey House was founded in 1983 to provide housing and supportive services to people living with HIV/AIDS and advocate on their behalf. Today our mission is to help transform the lives of people living with HIV and other chronic illnesses through housing, health services and community support. We believe that housing and healthcare are human rights. We work towards a world without poverty, homelessness, hunger, HIV/AIDS or other chronic illnesses. We serve more than 1800 low-income and homeless New Yorkers per year, including LGBTQ youth, through a variety of programs that provide permanent housing, healthcare coordination, medical case management, nutritional support and assistance, eviction prevention, HIV testing and prevention, and behavioral health care, among other services.
