As a physician, entrepreneur, and industry leader, Jessica Grossman, MD, CEO of Medicines360, is passionate about innovating in Women’s Healthcare and sharing her experiences to mentor young women as they define their career paths. With this in mind, Dr. Grossman and Medicines360 are proud to provide a Dream Job Experience through a “Day in the Life of a CEO”. Our unique, impactful full day experience will introduce you to both the healthcare and nonprofit industries through the eyes of a passionate, committed leader whose energy is truly inspiring.

Why This Company?
Through this Dream Job Experience, you will see an innovative business model that allows more women get access to quality contraceptive medicine. Medicines360 was founded because barriers to accessing medicines keep too many women from living their best and fullest lives. We’re a global, mission-driven, non-profit pharmaceutical company forging new ways to make sure cost doesn’t stand between women and the medicines they need. We answer to our mission, not shareholders. That’s allowed us to reinvent the existing pharmaceutical business model. We reinvest our proceeds from sales to sustainably offer high-quality, branded products at a low price to the healthcare providers who care for the underserved. M360 is committed to expanding our work to close other gaps in women’s health through new product development, advocacy, education, awareness and availability.

Why this CEO?
While spending a day with Dr. Grossman, you will quickly see that her career has been defined by a vision and intention to make a meaningful difference in the lives of women around the world. Her training in Medicine as an OB/GYN was where her interest in women’s health care innovation began. She saw that she could help more women and their providers, combining her medical background, business experience, and entrepreneurial passion, by working with interdisciplinary teams to develop new technology and other solutions that were, and are, needed in women’s health. You will learn how each step in her career path helped her learn and develop into the strong leader she is today. In addition to the professional side of her career, you will also experience the passion and commitment that provide the foundation for her success. Most importantly, your time with Dr. Grossman will be filled with pragmatic, inspiring, one on one conversation. Her goal is to make sure you walk away inspired and confident to move forward with your career goals.

Why this Experience?
At Medicines360, we are a group of individuals that have come together around an important cause to improve the lives of women around the globe. Everything we do is fueled by our non-profit mission to close critical gaps in women’s healthcare. We are doing this by reinventing a traditional business model – we think, innovate, and act differently. We have tackled the issue of equal healthcare for all women, regardless of socioeconomic status, geography, or insurance coverage by developing a sustainable nonprofit, mission-based business model. During the day at Medicines360, we will also ensure time to meet with several of our leaders, as we feel it is important to see the leadership team that Dr. Grossman has assembled at Medicines360 and hear how we work together. We believe that by sharing a day in our lives will leave a lasting impression as you define your personal and professional goals.
