Goofy, a cartoon character created by The Walt Disney Company, is a tall, anthropomorphic dog (a close friend of Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck) who typically wears a turtleneck and vest, with pants, shoes, white gloves, and a tall hat originally designed as a rumpled fedora.
In this striking iteration of Goofy, his vest is modern, black, and zippered; Goofy’s pants are orange cargo pants; and his green turtleneck has racing-striped sleeves.
Goofy’s voice actor, Bill Farmer, has hand-signed and inscribed the piece in silver paint-pen. He has written “Best Wishes From Bill Farmer & Goofy”, boldly and directly in the left field of the image area.
Goofy comes newly framed in a substantial silver frame with double matting in white and silver. Framed size measures 17-3/4" in height x 14-3/4" width.

BILL FARMER, a renowned voice actor, comedian and impressionist began performing at the age of fifteen, doing voices of of Western stars such as John Wayne and Walter Brennan. After moving to California in 1987 at the suggestion of a talent agent, Farmer immediately landed a small role in the film RoboCop, as reporter Justin Ballard-Watkins.
Farmer’s very first voiceover audition was for Disney’s Goofy; and he has been performing Goofy’s voice for Disney ever since, along with multitude of other characters, including the voice of Disney’s Pluto. He originated the voice of Horace Horsecollar in Disney's version of The Prince and the Pauper and has played him ever since as well. Farmer also performed additional voices on The New Adventures of Mighty Mouse and Astro Boy.
Other significant characters Bill Farmer has voiced include Yosemite Sam, Sylvester and Foghorn Leghorn in the film Space Jam (1996); several guest voices including The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy; the voices in countless video games; Secret Squirrel on Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law in both the animated series and its spin-off video game; Stinkie in Casper: A Spirited Beginning and Casper Meets Wendy; Oliver Sansweet's lawyer in The Incredibles; Willie Bear in Horton Hears a Who!; and Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck in Robot Chicken. And, Farmer has even impersonated President George Bush's voice in an episode of the TV sitcom Murphy Brown.
From 2014 to 2016, Bill Farmer played Doc, the leader of the title characters in Disney's animated television series The 7D. Still regularly performing comedy routines at the Laugh Factory, recently he has also been voicing the character "Hop-Pop" on Disney's Amphibia. In 2020, Farmer began hosting the live action television show It's a Dog's Life with Bill Farmer on Disney+.
