Chef Preston Clark, a true member of American culinary history and brings a unique lineage to his craft. His grandfather, Melvin, was a New York City chef in the 1930’s, cooking fine food at culinary institutions like Charley O’s, The Forum of the Twelve Caesars, and the Four Seasons. Preston's father, the late James Beard Award-winner Patrick Clark, is a permanent component of the Smithsonian’s NMAAHC’s Culinary Exhibit. Preston himself is a James Beard Foundation nominee and a 2015 Iconoclast Dinner Culinary Honoree, currently serving as the Corporate Executive Chef and Culinary Director of Lure Fishbar’s two locations; Chicago and NYC.
Chef Ileene Cho is the pastry chef The Noortwyck in the west village. Upon graduation from culinary school, she worked across NYC at some local favorites, including The Nomad, Betony, and L’appart. Ileene later received a scholarship from Ment’or BKB and relocated to Paris to work at the fame Le Meurice under Chef Cedric Grolet. Eventually, she found her way back to NYC to become the opening pastry chef at One White Street in Tribeca.
Cassandra Felix is an advanced level III sommelier. In 2015 The Breakers awarded her the position of Lead Sommelier & Beverage Manager of Flagler Steakhouse, where she supervised over 665 selections. Under Felix’s supervision, the restaurant won the Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence every year since 2015. Cassandra was also a contributor to The Breakers Grand Award-winning wine list. Cassandra was the Southeastern Regional Winner and a National Finalist of the Châine des Rotissuers Best Young Sommelier Competition in both 2017 and 2018. Most recently, she developed the wine list amd was part of the opening team and Head Sommelier at Centurion New York, a collaboration with Daniel Boulud and American Express. Currently Cassandra is guiding diners through their wine journey at Daniel Boulud’s eponymous 2-Michelin Star Restaurant, Daniel.
