Join renowned meditation instructor and author (and Moth storyteller!) Sharon Salzberg and The Moth's Artistic Director for a Zoom coffee, chat and brief meditation.
For the past three years the two have had a bi-weekly catch up followed by a 15-20 minute silent meditation, and they'd love you to join them. Included are signed copies of Sharon's delightful and immensely readable new book, "Real Life: The Journey from Isolation to Openness and Freedom" and a copy of a Moth book of your choice signed by Catherine.
