Holly has been in this role at Sony Pictures Television since 2008. She has overseen the development of multi-Emmy Award-winning and culturally impactful series including “Shark Tank” and “The Dr. Oz Show” – both ratings successes into their 13th seasons. She also leads the sales efforts for non-scripted programming to broadcast, cable and streaming outlets.
Recent highlights include ABC’s critically-acclaimed “Jeopardy! Greatest of All Time” tournament; “Celebrity Wheel of Fortune,” which premiered on ABC in 2021; and “The $100,000 Pyramid” hosted by Michael Strahan, which is now in its 5th season on ABC.
Additionally, she is overseeing offerings for cable and streaming platforms including the documentary anthology series 7 Days Out on Netflix, “Outlander”-inspired travel docuseries “Men in Kilts: A Roadtrip with Sam and Graham” for Starz, “Murder House Flip” for Roku and a coming of age docuseries for Apple tv premiering in 2022.

She is as passionate about creating meaningful programming as she is in her commitment to creating meaningful change through the mentoring and development of women across the entertainment industry. Holly is a founding member of Sony Pictures Entertainment’s studio-wide Women’s Leadership Initiative and is on Sony Pictures Television’s Time for Change Hiring Subcommittee which was established in the wake of Black Lives Matter protests in 2020. In 2016, she was a mentor for the Women in Entertainment program, a partnership between The Hollywood Reporter and Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and she served for three years on the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles.
Prior to SPT, Holly served as Executive Vice President, alternative development, at Fox Television Studios (FtvS) where she was responsible for all unscripted development, including reality, documentary, biography and hybrid programming for network and cable outlets.
Before joining FtvS in 2004, Holly was Executive Vice President, programming and development, at the Walt Disney Company, where she developed product for network, first-run syndication and cable. While there, the division launched "The Wayne Brady Show", which won six Daytime Emmy awards, including
Best Talk Show and Best Talk Show Host in 2003 and Best Talk Show Host in 2004, as well as the syndicated version of "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" Prior to that, Holly was Vice President of Programming at ABC Daytime, where she had oversight of the Emmy Award winning show, "The View."
Before joining ABC, she produced several award-winning documentary films, including "Time Will Tell" which received the coveted Cine Golden Eagle award. She holds a Master's Degree in Art Therapy from New York University.
