Own a piece of the Kardashian family dynasty!
Impressively sized at 50-1/2” in height x 38-1/2” width x 2” depth in its custom frame, this original painting on canvas was personally commissioned by Rob Kardashian on the occasion of the one-year wedding anniversary of the marriage of his sister Khloé Kardashian to Los Angeles Lakers NBA basketball star Lamar Odom.
Presented as an anniversary gift from Rob, this one-of-a-kind original artwork was prominently displayed in Khloé and Lamar’s home, and widely featured in print, online and television media.
To create the wedding gift, Rob Kardashian provided a personal photograph of the couple to the artist, Los Angeles celebrity portraitist Maya. (The original photo can be viewed in the auction listing).
Maya’s commissioned portrait of Khloé Kardashian and NBA basketball star Lamar Odom was featured on E News, numerous times on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, The National Enquirer, The Huffington Post and TMZ, making it one of the most recognizable pop-culture contemporary paintings, having been seen by millions of people worldwide.
The work is filled with unexpected details, rich visible texturing and dimensionality. Highly collectible, and visually a show-stopping presentation piece, Khloé and Lamar's one-year wedding anniversary portrait comes in its original custom framing, ready for display. The frame is modern and substantial, in deeply rich, dark wood with visible wood-grain and considerable detailing.
The painting is accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity which also documents its Provenance.
