Renowned author Suzanne O'Malley will help you polish your manuscript or screenplay at her beautiful winter residence in Austin, TX over a 2 day period. You can also mail your manuscript to her for review and further discussion over the phone.  

O’Malley’s home is located in Mueller Development which is a Green artists’ colony, mostly consisting of electric cars and solar power.

Suzanne O'Malley is the Edgar-nominated investigative reporter and author of "Are You There Alone?" She is Associate Director of Yale University's Summer Film Institute, is a Poynter Grant recipient for her work in documentary film, and a past Board member of the Writers' Guild of America. As a screenwriter, she has written for Law & Order, Law & Order: Special Victims' Unit and New York Undercover.

She has developed and written scripts and other properties purchased or optioned by: British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC); Comedy Central; Columbia Pictures Home Box Office; E! News; First Run Features; Fox Television; Hearst Entertainment; Home Box Office; MS-NBC; National Broadcasting Corporation(NBC); Warner Bros. Pictures; Universal Studios; USA Television Network; and Vivendi Universal Entertainment, among others.

This immersive creative experience is not to be missed by both aspiring and established writers alike.

  • Travel and accommodations are not included.
  • We expect all winning bidders and their guests to conduct themselves appropriately when attending an experience won at Charitybuzz. Polite manners and respect for the generous donor and adherence to any rules or parameters are a must.
  • To be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon date, based on the donor's availability.

The minimum processing and handling charge for this item is $9.95.

The minimum shipping, handling and applicable insurance charge for non-tangible items is $9.95. Detailed redemption information will be emailed to the winning bidder. The minimum shipping charge for hard copies of tickets and certificates is $14.95. The minimum shipping charge for merchandise is $19.95 (shipments outside the U.S. are subject to additional shipping and customs fees). Tickets, certificates and merchandise are typically shipped with signature required, unless otherwise specified, via professional carrier. In some cases, tickets will be left at the venue's "Will Call" window under the winner's name. Merchandise is insured for the winning amount.
