My Hope Chest is a 16 year old national grassroots charity located in Seminole with our unique mission focused on providing reconstruction surgeries for uninsured and underinsured breast cancer survivors, restoring women in Body, Mind and Spirit after cancer. We are the only organization of our kind in the United States, and work to address this very large need. We also provide bill pay assistance for patients in active treatment that are experiencing financial difficulties.
