The Museum of the City of New York embraces the past, present, and future of New York and celebrates its cultural diversity. It serves the people of New York and visitors from around the world through exhibitions, school and public programs, publications, and collections. Funds raised from this auction support the Museum and its Frederick A.O. Schwarz Children's Center, which serves over 50,000 students and teachers each year, most of them from New York City's under-resourced public schools.
