Hidden Water is a restorative justice response to childhood sexual abuse which seeks to keep the next generation safe by healing this one. Hidden Water’s work is based on a restorative justice approach to interrupting the cycle of abuse and the resulting harm in families, communities and society as a whole. Our model is based on the indigenous practice of Circle and founded on the belief that abuse harms all members of a family, not just the person directly impacted. As such, our programs are designed to serve each member of a family and the family as a whole, free of charge.
