Nestled in the urban heart of Hollywood, Melrose Elementary School Math/Science/Technology Magnet is changing the face of public education.
The mission of the PTO is to work with the principal to strengthen the school community, provide resources and services for all students and to make a lasting impact on their future. We achieve this mission through two main activities — community building and fundraising. To build community, we host events where families can come together on and off campus to socialize. We fundraise in ways big and small, including our Annual Giving drive in the fall and our Jog-A-Thon in the spring.
