LUMBERYARD, based in New York City and Catskill, NY, is a national non-profit organization that serves the performing arts community and its audiences by providing multi-faceted opportunities for artists to develop new work.

LUMBERYARD is a one-of-a-kind production and performing arts center combining cutting-edge, flexible-use theater and rehearsal space with film and TV production facilities.

B LUMBERYARD stands alone as one of the only places in the world where artists and their productions can integrate the final technical and design elements into their productions. In addition, LUMBERYARD’s dedication to community outreach includes programs such as LUMBERYARD Young Performers, which provides free dance education for students living in low-income communities in and around Catskill; Fresh Start, a performing arts education program for incarcerated teens; and Junior Staffers, in which local high school students and at-risk youth earn a summer wage as ushers and box office assistants.
