Promoting the Humane and Responsible Treatment of Horses since 1996. Since our inception, we have rescued countless equines from slaughter, abuse and neglect. In 2004, we established our 140-acre horse sanctuary in Chatham, NY, which is currently home to 85 rescued horses, ponies, donkeys & mules. On the sanctuary grounds, we have a Humane Education Center where we welcome groups and individuals throughout the year for classes & seminars covering urgent issues facing America's wild/domestic equines, proper care, responsible horse guardianship and more.
