The Collective Identity Mentoring

The Collective Identity Mentoring is dedicated to empowering Black girls by providing mentorship, guidance, and resources to help them navigate the challenges they encounter in society. The organization’s mission is to foster a sense of belonging and self-worth by addressing the unique hurdles these young women face, such as adultification bias and systemic inequities. The Collective Identity aims to uplift and inspire the next generation of Black female leaders through tailored programs and a supportive community.

The vision of The Collective Identity Mentoring is a world where every Black girl can thrive, be confident in their identity, and be equipped to overcome any obstacle. The organization believes in the power of mentorship to change lives, offering a safe space for growth, learning, and sisterhood.
