Auctions
Bidding, without the guesswork
Auctions are open to every registered Charitybuzz customer. Add a payment method and a shipping address to your account and you’re ready to bid.
Step 1
Find an auction and place your bid
Every auction shows its closing date and a countdown. Bid in one tap, or set a Max Bid and we bid for you, only as far as competing bids require.
Step 2
Stay in the running
We let you know when you’re outbid and when an auction is about to close. The cost calculator on each auction shows the buyer’s premium and other fixed fees before you bid.
Step 3
Win
When the auction closes, the high bidder gets an email confirming the win. The payment method on file is charged for the winning bid plus applicable fees and taxes.

Pay with the card on your account. Every purchase supports the charity named on the item page.

Receive it or redeem it
Physical items ship with carriers such as FedEx or UPS, typically within a week. For an experience, you’ll get an email introducing the redemption contact who coordinates it with you.

Enter with a donation, or for free
Donate to the cause to receive entries, or use the free entry form on the campaign page. No donation or purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Step 3
Win
Once entries close, a winner is selected at random and notified by email, then confirms their eligibility and accepts the prize.
No purchase necessary. Every sweepstakes has a free method of entry. Its Official Rules explain how to enter for free, who’s eligible, and when the drawing takes place.

Through a donor-advised fund
Net Proceeds go to a donor-advised fund administered by Our Change Foundation, which grants the funds, less fees, to the charity named on the item page.
