She Is The Music

She Is The Music is a 501(c)(3) workforce development initiative convening the industry around a shared goal: measurable progress for women in music. We work as a network of Women+ in the music industry, ensuring women have the access, tools, resources, and connections needed to be employed, lead, and thrive. Through programs, education, mentorship, and global networking, SITM brings the industry together to create measurable change. Together, we are creating change for women and building an equal future for music.
