Meg began her career as an Associate, then Manager of Casting in the Feature Film Department of 20th Century Fox, working on such films as Ice Age, Unfaithful, and From Hell. Following her time at the studio, Meg worked with Sheila Jaffe on several studio and independent films including The Italian Job, Be Cool, and The Machinist.
With Sundance films Me and You and Everyone We Know (Miranda July, John Hawkes) and Steal Me (Hunter Parrish, Paz de la Huerta), Meg stepped out into a solo casting career.
In late 2004, Meg partnered with Sunday Boling Kennedy to form Morman Boling Casting, and together they have since cast more than 150 award-winning films, series, pilots, and narrative podcasts.

Meg and Sunny also cast the hugely successful feature Waitress (Keri Russell, Nathan Fillion, Jeremy Sisto, Cheryl Hines, Andy Griffith), which premiered at the 2007 Sundance Film Festival.
Television credits include the Amazon series The Baxters; Netflix’s Sneakerheads (Allen Maldonado, Andrew Bachelor, Jearnest Corchado, Matthew Josten, Yaani Mondschein); Ish Hashuv Meod Season 2; Snapchat's Dead Girls Detective Agency Seasons 1–2; Go90’s Play by Play Seasons 1–3; the Emmy-nominated Relationship Status Seasons 1–3; and Go90’s In the Vault Seasons 1–2, as well as the series The Promised Land.
With the explosion of podcasts, Meg has had the opportunity to work on a variety of groundbreaking projects in the narrative space. Most recently, she worked on the newly released DC High Volume Batman and Batman Unburied: Fallen City. Other successful series include Blackout (Rami Malek), Last Known Position (Gina Rodriguez), Echo Park (Harry Shum Jr.), and Ad Lucem (Chris Pine, Olivia Wilde, Troian Bellisario).
An Artios Award winner and Heller Award nominee, Meg has served on the board of the Casting Society of America and as a casting advisor for Film Independent’s Directing Lab and Global Media Makers project.
