A twilight round is punctuated by the tunes of the famed Spanish Bay bagpiper, who puts the course to bed every evening. Pebble Beach allows two golfers per room, but guests can have up to (4) adults in one room, there is a USD$50/night fee for each additional adult in the room.
Travel involves lodging.

Travel does not involve airfare.

Dress code enforced - men need to wear collared shirts, no jeans and soft spikes preferred on the course.
The value of this certificate is based on rates in effect at time of issuance.
Use after the certificate date will be subject to payment of any subsequent rate increases.
Any change to confirmed dates of stay are subject to availability and any applicable rate increases.
Includes a hard copy certificate that will be mailed to the winner.
The certificate must be presented at time of check-in, is only valid as specified, and has no cash value.
All charges in excess of the value of the certificate are the responsibility of the recipient.
The winner can book a room with golf up to 18 months in advance. The further out you book, the better.

Refunds

Refunds are rewarded on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of Charitybuzz, LLC. Refunds shall only be considered in instances where (i) the seller has failed to deliver the elements contemplated under the lot details/description within the timelines outlined in the lot details OR within 30 days of purchase, whichever is later, and (ii) where the seller/redemption contact are not showing good faith efforts to support the redemption or delivery of the purchase. No refunds shall be granted due to (i) buyer's remorse, or (ii) the bidder/buyer's lack of familiarity with Charitybuzz fees, including Buyer's Premium, or (iii) any request for reimbursement based on perceived value or emotional satisfaction where the lot was delivered by the seller in accordance with the lot details, or (iv) the bidder/buyer’s failure to diligently attempt to schedule an Experience in good faith, or (v) loss or delay of item delivery resulting from bidder/buyer’s failure to provide timely/accurate shipping information.

Redemptions

Experiences sold on Charitybuzz.com go through a specific redemption process to coordinate details and complete. That process normally involves messaging and scheduling between all parties (i.e. buyers, charities, sellers, venues). Details discussed include but are not limited to experience dates, arrival procedures, airfare, hotel accommodations, restrictions, will-call requirements, and any other on-site notes. Scheduling requires an initial request sent by the customer, and a followup confirmation submitted by relevant redemption contacts.

How Shipping Works

Getting your item Items will either be shipped directly from the item’s seller or Charitybuzz offices or from the item seller (Third Party) as indicated. In both instances, shipping of physical goods should take place within 10 days from the date of purchase unless there are elements highlighted in the Lot page which may delay shipment (such as customizations or special event dates. It is critical that winning bidders ensure the desired shipping address is provided to Charitybuzz within 24 hours of payment settlement or Charitybuzz will default to the shipping address listed on the winning bidder’s account. Merchandise The minimum shipping charge for merchandise is $24.95. (Shipments outside the contiguous U.S. and oversized items are subject to additional shipping and customs fees.) Merchandise, unless otherwise specified, will be shipped via professional carrier with standard ground service. Oversized items may require special delivery arrangements with a specialized carrier at the Buyer’s expense.

How Experience Redemption Works

After winning Redemption information will be emailed to the winning bidder within two business days of payment settlement. The redemption contact will work with the winning bidder to fulfill the lot within the appearance times, time constraints, event dates or locations, and other particulars listed in the lot details.

Scheduling your experience Specifics vary per lot, so please review your lot carefully before bidding.
