Bid to win a 1-hour meeting with Rachel Brill, Founder and Chief Consultant at CHAPT3R!
With the birth of unscripted and reality television, Rachel Brill found her niche—developing, producing, and show running observational formats—documenting real people and celebrities.
In 2020, Brill launched CHAPT3R, a full-service content development, strategy, and production company leveraging the experience of architecting more than 700 hours of original television, digital and social programming, and B2C marketing content.
The CHAPT3R portfolio services clients innovating for the next generation of storytelling, and projects at the intersection of entertainment and technology.
Rachel has worked with Academy, Emmy, and Grammy Award-winning artists, creatives and leagues including NBA, Dwayne Johnson, Tyler The Creator, Greg Berlanti, Dick Wolf, Ryan Coogler, Guillermo del Toro, Sofia Coppola, John Varvatos, Iggy Pop, Ron Howard, Brian Grazer, Jerry Bruckheimer, Dwyane Wade, Joan Rivers, Kim Kardashian, Howard Stern, the NFL and NFL FILMS.
Prior to CHAPT3R, Rachel was with MGM leading an unscripted and docs slate for the premium streamer, EPIX; at Turner Entertainment (TNT & tbs) developing the unscripted portfolio, premiering 10 originals in 18 months including “Cold Justice” and “Boston’s Finest”; operationalizing a digital video consultancy for Whalerock Industries, that netted the Disney original “QUIZney”, “GOLF” Tyler, the Creator’s app, and Kardashian/Jenner DTC apps; and at ZOO Productions the company behind the Emmy-nominated, global game show franchise, “Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader?” (still streaming today, nearly 15 years later), the hidden-camera comedy, “Girls Behaving Badly” starring Chelsea Handler, and “Guys Behaving Badly”, a similar format gave Ken Jeong his start. As head of development, Rachel creatively shepherded an eight-figure acquisition by All3Media/Discovery.
In 2019, Rachel exited Los Angeles and moved east to New York, to lead the development, production, animation, and long-form editorial teams producing social and Gen Z-native, sports originals at Bleacher Report, a division of Turner Sports. When sports went dark, the position did too and CHAPT3R was born. Our focus is digital transformation through content. Collaborating with tech, sports franchises, and non-endemic media to unlock revenue streams and product engagement.
As a graduate of the University of Miami, Rachel is a proud alumnus of the athletic training department for the National Championship football and baseball teams that produced twenty first-round draft picks, Hall of Famers, and Super Bowl Champions. Apart from her motivation supporting the world's best talent, you'll catch her hiking boots and crampons, as an avid mountaineer climbing the world’s highest peaks and rocky vistas in the Alps.
