Zoe can currently be seen on the Roku original series Slip, which she also wrote, directed and produced. Prior to that, she most recently shot the Ari Aster film, Beau is Afraid opposite Joaquin Phoenix. She also recently wrapped shooting the MGM film, A Good Person, opposite Morgan Freeman, Florence Pugh and Molly Shannon. She starred in How It Ends, which she also co-wrote and co-directed alongside Daryl Wein. They shot the film, which features an all-star ensemble cast, during quarantine and it premiered virtually at the 2021 Sundance Film Festival.
Zoe also wrote and directed The Craft: Legacy for Columbia and Blumhouse which is currently streaming. Prior to that, she shot her ABC pilot, Woman Up, which she wrote, directed, and executive produced. Zoe can also be seen in the IFC feature Band Aid which she wrote, produced, directed and starred opposite Adam Pally. The film premiered in competition at the 2017 Sundance Film Festival and earned Zoe rave reviews across the board. She also appeared in the HBO Original Film Confirmation directed by Rick Famuyiwa opposite Kerry Washington and Greg Kinnear.
Zoe starred opposite Colin Hanks in CBS’ hit comedy Life In Pieces. She wrote, produced, and starred in Fox Searchlight’s Lola Versus as well as IFC Films’ indie comedy Breaking Upwards. On Broadway, Zoe also received excellent reviews for The Little Dog Laughed, a role which she originated off Broadway at NY's Second Stage Theater.
She also starred in The Roundabout's The Marriage Of Bette And Boo, The Accomplices, and in her one-woman show, Codependence Is a Four Letter Word, which she produced, wrote and starred in, and was a NY Times Critics Pick. She was last seen on Broadway in 2012 opposite Jeff Goldblum in the critically acclaimed play, Seminar by Theresa Rhebeck.
Angelique Cabral recently starred in HULU’s comedy series Maggie as well as the hit ABC show Big Sky. She currently stars in the critically acclaimed Amazon rotoscoped series Undone which aired its second season in January. Cabral also has reccurring roles in Amazon’s With Love, as well as Big Shot for Disney+.
Other recent credits include Netflix’s Grace and Frankie alongside Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin, CBS’ hit comedy Life in Pieces, the portrayal of Carrie in the film All About Nina, and the role of Maddie in the 2017 movie Fat Camp. Angelique was previously seen in Zoe Lister-Jones’ directed comedy, Band Aid, which premiered at the 2017 Sundance Film Festival.
On television, she starred as the female lead in the comedy series Enlisted and had a recurring role on Don’t Trust the B in Apartment 23. Additional television credits include Grey’s Anatomy, Fresh Off the Boat, Transparent, The Odd Couple, NCIS: Los Angeles, Two and a Half Men and Criminal Minds, all on the Network, Chicago P.D., Backstrom, State of Affairs and Bad Judge.
Her feature film credits include Friends with Benefits and a role in the independent feature The Perfect Family, opposite Emily Deschanel. The film debuted at the Tribeca Film Festival and screened as the main attraction at Outfest in 2011.
Her stage credits include the Off-Broadway shows Tape, Jesse Garon Lives and Rubirosa.
