Andrew Lear is an agent in the Unscripted Television department of leading global talent, entertainment, and sports company UTA. A former manager at Authentic Talent and Literary Management, Lear joined UTA in April 2014. Prior to Authentic, Lear was a partner at Lapides Entertainment for over ten years. At UTA, Lear represents a diverse client list that includes some of today’s leading television personalities like the Impractical Jokers, Jonas Brothers, Tiffany Haddish, Common, Sofia Vergara, Mona Scott-Young, Terry Crews, Billy Gardell, Sebastian Maniscalco, Bert Kreischer, Rainn Wilson, Common, J.B.
