Studying for those 25 years under Aaron Speiser, he was the one that pushed her into teaching, knowing that she had not only a gift for acting but also a gift for teaching. Eventually, she bought the studio from Aaron in 2015 when she decided to focus on his on-set coaching. She has since brought in other beloved teachers, opened an online section, and the studio has doubled in size and becomes the go-to studio for beginners and celebrities alike. Shannon is a graduate of UCLA, both of her parents were actors, she’s the granddaughter of legendary Academy Award-winning writer and director Preston Sturges, wife, mother of two sons, and a total goofball.
