Alex has been an executive leadership coach and organisational change consultant since 1995. Before that he led his own business in New York. Alex has a successful track record in working with senior leaders to measurably improve business results by improving the quality of the conversations leaders have with each other and their people. He does this by working with senior teams and individuals on ‘live’ business issues, through leading organisational change projects and by coaching leaders to engage the whole organisation in the delivery of results.
Alex has many years’ experience of working as a coach and consultant, on ‘inter-organisational’ multi-stakeholder dialogue projects with organisations from multiple sectors ranging from: NGO’s; Corporates; Government; Interest Groups; The United Nations to the private sector. Alex’s coaching is designed to be congruent with the principles and ethics defined by the International Coaching Federation.
Alex's areas of expertise are as followed: As a team coach and facilitator at Board Level, transforming senior teams to become High-Performance Teams. He has deep experience working with Teams in Technology Sectors, he has measurably improved business performance by working with senior leaders to better define and deliver results during organisational change. He has coached change leaders and change project/programme sponsors. Executes ‘mass engagement’ where he works as a ‘whole’ organisation/large group facilitator /project leader and OD consultant.
Alex has worked and lived in the USA, Spain, Austria, UK, Mexico and Italy. He regularly works on multinational and global organizational change projects. Some of his clients include Salesforce, Dell EMC, BASF, Boeing, British Gas, C&A, Christies, 3i, Experian, GlaxoSmithKline, Hammersmith Hospital Trust, Johnson & Johnson, Marks & Spencer, Mercer, Microsoft, Google, Ministry of Defence UK, Nokia, Rolls Royce, Sabre, Siemens Networks, Skanska. He is also approved as a coach for and by Johnson & Johnson.
