In addition to being Elvis Presley's leading lady in Flaming Star, Eden's roles included Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, The Wonderful World of the Brothers Grimm, Five Weeks in a Balloon, 7 Faces of Dr. Lao and The Brass Bottle. In television, her earlier roles included How to Marry a Millionaire, The Manicurist, I Love Lucy, Burke's Law, Route 66 and The Millionaire. After I Dream of Jeannie, Barbara Eden starred in Harper Valley P.T.A., Chattanooga Choo Choo, Always and Forever, Army Wives, George Lopez, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Carolina, Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, Dallas, The Secret Life of Kathy McCormick and Brand New Life. Barbara headlined at the MGM Grand, Harrah's, Caesar's Palace and concert stages around the world. She was the musical guest star on Bob Hope Specials, The Carol Burnett Show, The Jonathan Winters Show, The Sonny and Cher Show, The Jerry Lewis Show, This Is Tom Jones and Donny and Marie.
People Magazine named Barbara "One of America's 200 Greatest Pop Icons of the 20th Century." She has been honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and named one of TV Guide's Most Popular Comedy Stars. Plus, Eden received Lifetime Achievement Awards from the Broadcasters Hall of Fame, The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, and the TV Land Television Network.
