Rachel has worked with luminous actors, incredible crews, and extraordinary producers in movies and television, helming dramas, thrillers, horror, action, musicals, romance, and comedy in over 75 studio productions. Feldman recently directed her passion project LILLY that will open in theatrical release May 9, 2025. A political drama based on the remarkable life of fair pay activist Lilly Ledbetter, the script won The Athena List and The NYWIFT Ravenal Director's Grant. Meryl Streep is championing the project which was chosen for the 2020 “Breaking Through The Lens” international film finance initiative for women-directed features.
Rachel's pilot script KINKS won the 2020 Screencraft Best Pilot, the WGA Drama Queens Best Pilot, and was selected as the only U.S. pilot for MIP Cannes In Development Pitches. She has written screenplays for Electric Entertainment, Mandalay Pictures, Cinelou Entertainment, Freeform, eOne, and Lifetime Television.
Feldman recently directed multiple episodes of BLUE BLOODS, CRIMINAL MINDS, and THE ROOKIE, as well as the pilot and full first season of the new MGM series THE BAXTERS. Feldman is the former chair of the DGA Women’s Steering Committee and an activist for gender equity behind the camera.
