Overtime Bidding

Why did the auction closing time extend by 10 minutes after I placed my bid? This is called "Popcorn" Bidding: Bids placed within 10 minutes prior to a lot's scheduled closing time will extend the closing time on that lot an additional 10 minutes. This gives all bidders an opportunity to place a competing bid. All lots will close when there have been no bids placed within the last remaining 10 minutes.

Max Bid

Your Max Bid is the most you are willing to pay for an auction item. Consider placing a Max Bid if you don’t have time to monitor an auction. Your Max Bid won't be displayed to other bidders, but will be displayed as the current bid based on the bidding increment. You won’t pay the Max Bid amount unless another bid bumps you up to the next increment.

Watching Items

You can monitor items you're interested in without placing a bid by selecting Watch This Item after you've logged into your account. Now you can keep track of the closing date, next minimum bid and number of bids from your Account page. We’ll email you a reminder to bid the morning items you are watching close. You can remove an item from your watch list from your Account page or by clicking the Watch button again.

Closing Time

This is the time the auction will end, but "Popcorn Bidding" could add 10 minutes to the closing time. If a bid is placed within 10 minutes of the closing time, the auction will extend by 10 minutes. This allows competing bidders a chance to stay in the race.

  • Five $100 dining certificates to any Ark Restaurants location in North America, including locations in New York City, Atlantic City, Connecticut, Las Vegas, Boston and Las Vegas. New Yorkers in the know will enjoy dining at The Bryant Park Grill and Robert, as well as other highly lauded locations.

Terms: Please note that theatre tickets are valid for 2 tickets to 2 shows. It cannot be guaranteed that all 4 tickets can be redeemed for 1 show. Tickets are based upon availability and are not valid for weekend performances. Request for desired show should not be submitted less than three (3) weeks in advance. Expires six months from the close of auction. Dining certificate valid for any Ark Restaurants location. Does not include tax or gratuity. No change will be given. Cannot be resold, re-auctioned or exchanged for cash.

Shipping and Handling The minimum shipping, handling and applicable insurance for this item is $14.95. Additional shipping charges may apply based upon the location of the winner. Hard copies of tickets, travel certificates and merchandise are shipped via FedEx or professional shipping service. Detailed redemption information for non-tangible items will be emailed to the winning bidder.
