
Hollywood for Habitat Fall VIP Experience Auction
Hollywood for Habitat for Humanity (HFHFH) is an entertainment industry partnership with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles (HFHGLA) that launched in 2000 with a 20 house "blitz build”.
Through a program run by Hollywood for Habitat for Humanity, proceeds from this auction will benefit families served by Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles.
HFHFH was founded by Screenwriter/Director Randall Wallace (Braveheart, We Were Soldiers) to encourage the entertainment industry to support Habitat for Humanity's goal of eliminating substandard housing worldwide. HFHFH works with talent and industry leaders who support the organization through donations, volunteer hours and advocacy. Thousands of volunteers from the entertainment industry have helped build homes in the United States and around the world.

Founded in 1976, Habitat for Humanity has built over 300,000 homes, housing more than 1.5 million people worldwide, in over 90 countries. With a truly global reach, Habitat for Humanity consists of 1700 local affiliates in the U.S. and 550 affiliates internationally. Since our founding in 1990, HFHGLA has built nearly 500 homes locally and internationally, with plans to build or renovate an additional 250 homes in Los Angeles over the next few years, through our Building a Greater Los Angeles campaign. We have also built homes in countries including Armenia, India, Mexico, Nepal, Northern Ireland, South Africa, Thailand and more, and we provide ongoing support to tsunami affected communities in Asia, as well as to the Gulf Coast region here in the U.S.
