Presented by The 15 Foundation in conjunction with NJ SEEDS.
The 15 Foundation's "One Night at Carolines" Comedy Event to benefit the New Jersey SEEDS College Mentoring Program will take place on June 23rd at Caroline's Comedy Club in New York City.
The 15 Foundation's "One Night at Carolines" will raise funds for a new program developed by New Jersey SEEDS to serve high-potential high school seniors from low-income families from Orange and Englewood, New Jersey. The goal of the program is to guide these students through the college admissions process. Students will meet weekly with their mentors who will work one-on-one with the students on their college applications, helping them select their college list, prepare applications, organize their essay, put together a resume, prepare for the interview, etc.
15 Foundation: Robin Quivers and co-founder Brendan Murphy formed 15 Foundation in an effort to make a difference and help support effective, project driven charities that are really making a difference.
There are individuals and groups out there, on the ground, in the trenches that have found solutions and are putting them to work to help make the world a better place.
The mission of the 15 Foundation is to identify and support these groups and the great work they do.
New Jersey SEEDS (Scholars, Educators, Excellence, Dedication, Success) is a nonprofit organization that prepares high-achieving, low-income students for admission to independent schools and top colleges across the country. New Jersey SEEDS serves over 150 students a year and each of their programs provides a demanding course of study designed to develop the intellectual and leadership potential of their students and prepare them for long-term success. They strive to ensure that the students receive full financial aid from prep schools, boarding schools and colleges. They strongly believe socio-economic background should not determine the quality of education a person receives. To learn more, visit their
