Own this piece of Rock & Roll history; Bruce Springsteen's vocal microphone that was used throughout the 1984-1985 Born in the U.S.A. tour.
Connected to the microphone is the original microphone cable used throughout the tour, which is estimated to be between 75-100 yards in length. The microphone was modified with a rubber wrapping to prevent the cable from disconnecting, keeping it in tact for the last 30 years.
The Born in the U.S.A tour ran from June 29, 1984 to October 2, 1985, over 150 dates, some of which now considered to be among Springsteen's all-time greatest live performances.
This tour introduces Nils Lofgren and Patti Scialfa to the E Street Band, and notably, the Born in the U.S.A album remained within the TOP 10 of the Billboard 200 for the entirety of the tour.
