What does an agent actually look for? How do you know when you're ready for representation? And in today's rapidly changing entertainment landscape, what does it take to build a career that lasts?
One lucky winner will receive a 30-minute virtual information meeting with Pedro Tapia, Senior Vice President of Talent at CESD, offering a rare opportunity to speak directly with a veteran talent representative who has spent nearly two decades helping actors navigate careers in film and television.
Pedro has been with CESD since 2008 and has built his career identifying talent, developing emerging actors, and helping established performers find new opportunities and longevity in an evolving marketplace.
During this candid conversation, the winner can ask Pedro about the current state of representation, what agents are looking for in prospective clients, how actors can best position themselves in today's marketplace, the actor-agent relationship, career longevity, and the realities of navigating slow periods and career transitions.
Pedro has spoken extensively to actors about these very topics, including how to approach representation, manage slower periods, transition through different stages of a career, and build a productive relationship with an agent.
