The computer that sparked the revolution in home computing!

Bid to win one of the first models of the Apple-I computer.

The Apple-I Computer is considered the origin of the personal computer revolution and was built in Steve Jobs’ parents’ home on Crist Drive in Los Altos, CA.  200 were hand-built by Steve Wozniak, Steve Jobs' sister, and their team, but it is believed that less than 60 are still in existence.

The “Duston 2” Apple-I computer, an operational original Apple-I “Byte-Shop” (stock number 01-0060) from 1976, was acquired by LCF group from Adam Duston of Naperville, Illinois, in August 1996.

This Apple-I set includes the original Apple-I board, modified Apple-II keyboard, and modern Stancor power supply mounted on a wooden display board. The set also includes miscellaneous documentation, periodicals, and a replica Apple Cassette Adapter.

It was examined on March 9th, 2018, at a private residence in Virginia. The process included visual inspection of the artifact for condition, originality, and operational condition of the Apple-I system.
