Overtime Bidding

Why did the auction closing time extend by 10 minutes after I placed my bid? This is called "Popcorn" Bidding: Bids placed within 10 minutes prior to a lot's scheduled closing time will extend the closing time on that lot an additional 10 minutes. This gives all bidders an opportunity to place a competing bid. All lots will close when there have been no bids placed within the last remaining 10 minutes.

Max Bid

Your Max Bid is the most you are willing to pay for an auction item. Consider placing a Max Bid if you don’t have time to monitor an auction. Your Max Bid won't be displayed to other bidders, but will be displayed as the current bid based on the bidding increment. You won’t pay the Max Bid amount unless another bid bumps you up to the next increment.

Watching Items

You can monitor items you're interested in without placing a bid by selecting Watch This Item after you've logged into your account. Now you can keep track of the closing date, next minimum bid and number of bids from your Account page. We’ll email you a reminder to bid the morning items you are watching close. You can remove an item from your watch list from your Account page or by clicking the Watch button again.

Closing Time

This is the time the auction will end, but "Popcorn Bidding" could add 10 minutes to the closing time. If a bid is placed within 10 minutes of the closing time, the auction will extend by 10 minutes. This allows competing bidders a chance to stay in the race.

You and a guest will play in a Champions Tour event, the Home Care & Hospice First Tee Open at Pebble Beach, August 30 through September 5, 2010. This is for one amateur team in the tournament (two players).Join the ranks of 78 Champions Tour players like Hall of Famers Tom Watson, Tom Kite and Nick Price.

This week-long, once in a life time experience on the Monterey Peninsula also includes lunch with Joe Louis Barrow, Jr. chief executive of The First Tee and son of Joe Louis, one of the world’s most memorable heavy weight boxing champions.

Included in this package are accommodations at the luxurious Inn at Spanish Bay, breakfast and lunch daily in the Players Lounge, and dinner two nights, including the Pairings Party where you learn which professional you will be paired with during the tournament.

Also, included is one practice round and one tournament round at Pebble Beach and unlimited practice rounds at the pristine Del Monte Golf Course. If your team makes the cut on Sunday, you will play for a third time at Pebble Beach.

Terms: Accommodations are two rooms for six nights at the Inn at Spanish Bay. Caddy fees not included. Complimentary breakfast and lunch daily. Airfare and transportation not included. Competition will take place Friday and Saturday on Del Monte Golf Course and Pebble Beach Golf Links. 78 pros, 22 junior amateurs who make the cut and the low 10 amateur teams will play Pebble Beach on Sunday. Shipping and Handling The minimum shipping, handling and applicable insurance for this item is $9.95. Additional shipping charges may apply based upon the location of the winner.
