Don't miss out on this opportunity to have a power lunch and drive around NYC in a one of a kind Lamborghini Aventador Roadster with Real Estate Mogul, Daniel Neiditch! You'll get advice on real estate, solar and philanthropy while venturing from the Upper West side down to Battery Park, NYC.
Mr. Neiditch will share his trade secrets and offer you the insight into a real estate investor. He will also talk to you about his philanthropy work and solar initiatives. Neiditch is the President of River 2 River Realty which is a real estate business that offers diverse real estate services in New York City and beyond. Neiditch has gone on to procure, develop, and revitalize real estate developments on a much larger scale than he ever thought possible. In our interview with Neiditch he said " The business’ ties I have with national organizations and Fortune 500 companies has helped expand my outreach across the country".
Daniel is the President of the Atelier Condo Building in Manhattan which boasts solar panels, tennis court and many celebrity tenants. It overlooks the Hudson River to the west, and residents can see the iconic Statue Of Liberty and George Washington Bridge. A lifelong New Yorker, Neiditch has written extensively on the city's need to lead in the field of solar power generation. It's only logical that the birthplace of the skyscraper should be taking the lead in placing environmentally-friendly solar panels atop those soaring roofs. As a property owner and developer, Neiditch has put his money where his mouth is, installing the nation's highest residential solar array on top of Manhattan's Atelier building. This prominence, Neiditch hopes, will serve to inspire his peers in real estate and development to see the benefits of solar power.
Though attributed with an impressive business acumen, Dan Neiditch is also very passionate about his charity work. He has been increasingly involved in philanthropy at a relatively young age. His nascent giving is focused on empowering children, particularly those from underprivileged backgrounds. Neiditch said "River 2 River is a for profit business but being a native New Yorker, giving back to the community is always going to be a primary goal for me". Back in New York’s northernmost borough, Neiditch is involved with Kingsbridge Heights Community Center, where he hosted an event with artist Jeff Koons. KHCC provides resources to advance the education and well-being of Bronx residents, supporting them from cradle to career. The event raised about $500,000 to support the community center. He’s also worked with SAY: The Stuttering Association for the Young, hosting a bowling event with Paul Rudd. In addition he organized a charity boxing match atop one of his buildings in Midtown, featuring heavyweight champion Evander Holyfield who boxed against Neiditch to knockout Autism. They raised money for Global Autism awareness.
For years, Daniel was involved with Room to Grow, which offers structured coaching, material goods and community connections to support parents and their children. The real estate mogul has linked up with Bruce Willis and Uma Thurman for Room to Grow’s annual benefit. Neiditch is keen on this charity because it works with disadvantaged kids and their families in his native borough. In another charity Neiditch joined Julia Louis-Dreyfus The star of Veep & Seinfeld, as well as Stephen Colbert a Montclair resident and host of The Late Show, for Montclair Film’s annual fundraiser in Newark. Neiditch thanked the crowd for coming to support the charity then he asked both of the stars, “What legacy do you want to leave for future generations?” Neiditch paused, looked at the crowd and the sold-out house of 3,000 supporters started laughing hysterically. Dreyfus answered, “I want Stephens children to be happy.” The crowd roared again.
Because of his extensive philanthropic endeavors, Daniel was invited to throw out the first pitch at a Red Sox game at Fenway Park as well as another one for the Minnesota Twins in his support of the Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation. He has been a large supporter of the Clinton Foundation and has been a host for charity fund raising dinners with Hillary and President Clinton to help children around the world in desperate need of assistance. He also has done charitable work with President George W. Bush and his wife Laura. Neiditch recently teamed up with the Jonas Brothers to support the Ryan Seacrest Foundation. He’s also been involved with Literacy Partners & St. Jude. In various other charity's he has worked with celebrities Edie Falco, Michael Douglas, Jennifer Anniston, Reese Witherspoon, Boyz II Men, Bob Saget, Cee Lo Green just to name a few.
He publishes regularly in leading publications such as The HuffingtonPost, Forbes and Entrepreneur in regards to business, his charity ventures and solar advice.
