Overtime Bidding

Why did the auction closing time extend by 10 minutes after I placed my bid? This is called "Popcorn" Bidding: Bids placed within 10 minutes prior to a lot's scheduled closing time will extend the closing time on that lot an additional 10 minutes. This gives all bidders an opportunity to place a competing bid. All lots will close when there have been no bids placed within the last remaining 10 minutes.

Max Bid

Your Max Bid is the most you are willing to pay for an auction item. Consider placing a Max Bid if you don’t have time to monitor an auction. Your Max Bid won't be displayed to other bidders, but will be displayed as the current bid based on the bidding increment. You won’t pay the Max Bid amount unless another bid bumps you up to the next increment.

Watching Items

You can monitor items you're interested in without placing a bid by selecting Watch This Item after you've logged into your account. Now you can keep track of the closing date, next minimum bid and number of bids from your Account page. We’ll email you a reminder to bid the morning items you are watching close. You can remove an item from your watch list from your Account page or by clicking the Watch button again.

Closing Time

This is the time the auction will end, but "Popcorn Bidding" could add 10 minutes to the closing time. If a bid is placed within 10 minutes of the closing time, the auction will extend by 10 minutes. This allows competing bidders a chance to stay in the race.

Shipping fee reflects domestic U.S. shipping only. Shipping outside the U.S. will be calculated separately. International winners are responsible for all customs fees and import duties.

The winner of this auction item and one (1) guest will be given a tour of “The Office” set in Los Angeles and will get to watch scenes being filmed for an actual episode.

Restrictions

 Winner and one (1) Guest:
• must be 18 years of age or older.
• must provide their own transportation to the lot.
• must sign a non-disclosure agreement.
• are aware the availability of the set visit is subject to the production schedule (the Winner will be given a list of dates from which to choose).
• understand that if production of “The Office” is cancelled prior to the Winner’s set visit, NBC Universal (NBCU) will make reasonable efforts to provide a set visit to the Winner and one (1) Guest on another NBCU show filmed in Los Angeles, California.
• understand that no photography is allowed.
• must wear appropriate footwear to walk on the set tour (no sandals, flip-flops, or open-toed shoes permitted).

The Set Visit will include a tour of the set and time in the VIP Green Room to watch filming of a scene. The Set Visit will last approximately two hours.

Terms: Must be redeemed between the end of July 2010 and the beginning of November, 2010.

Shipping and Handling The minimum shipping, handling and applicable insurance for this item is $9.95. Additional shipping charges may apply based upon the location of the winner. Hard copies of tickets, travel certificates and merchandise are shipped via FedEx or professional shipping service. Detailed redemption information for non-tangible items will be emailed to the winning bidder.
