Our mission is to sustain The Cooper Union as a free center of learning and civic discourse that inspires inventive, creative, and influential voices in architecture, art, and engineering to address the critical challenges and opportunities of our time.

Concert for Cooper, a virtual benefit to support The Cooper Union, will be live-streamed free for audiences wherever they are. The program will feature celebrity interpretations of the historic words spoken by some of the most famous figures to ever address a New York City audience from the stage of our Great Hall, as well as musical performances and messages from some of Cooper’s most notable alumni. Alfre Woodard, Alan Cumming, Tracy Ullman, Ben Folds, and Patty Jenkins are just a few of the all-stars who are lending their talents to a Concert for Cooper.
