Founded in 2002, the SEED Project is a non-profit that uses education & basketball to develop the next generation of African Leaders. SEED serves 2,000 youth a year in Senegal, The Gambia and the United States (grades K-University) with boarding and after-school athletic, academic and leadership programs. Our programs are designed to increase school retention and graduation rates, find quality employment opportunities for our students, and train youth basketball coaches and mentors.
