Haven of Hope was started in 2004 to reach out to 'hurting' people in our area. FBC allowed the ministry to start in an office at the church, then a “little white house” was used near the church. The ministry has continued to grow and we are now at our third location on West Main Street in the Magnolia House. The ministry name came from hearing one of the first individuals we helped say, 'This is just a little haven of hope.' Haven of Hope of DeKalb County has grown over the years as God opened doors for us.
