  • Valid for 2 people.
  • All sales are final and there will be no refunds. Please bid carefully.
  • Tickets/passes cannot be resold, transferred or re-auctioned. Tickets/passes sold, otherwise transferred or used in violation of this policy shall be deemed revoked and void, and their bearers deemed trespassers at event.
  • The winning bidder must personally utilize the awarded tickets/passes and attend the event or experience with his/her invited guest(s). The winner’s name will be submitted along with his/her guest’s name for fulfillment. Winner must present valid photo ID upon check-in.
  • KAABOO tickets/passes are valid on September 13-15, 2019 at KAABOO at the Del Mar Fairgrounds (Del Mar (San Diego), CA).
  • This experience must be fulfilled with the Kings of Leon at KAABOO on Fri. 9.13.19. Meet & greet may occur before or after performance. Winner’s availability/schedule should remain flexible.
  • Photo opportunity will be a few minutes only in a group/public setting. Winner may take one item to be signed.
  • Tickets/passes do not include parking.
  • Tickets/passes are GA level and do not include drink package. Potential upgrades are the responsibility of the winner.
  • No refund/replacement for unused or lost tickets/passes. All sales are final. There are no refunds or replacements for unused or lost tickets/passes, and there will be no entrance to the event without a ticket/pass. All tickets/passes must be used for the event and or experience specified on the date specified.
  • The winning bidder and his/her guest(s) will be held to a high standard of behavior. Any misconduct or inappropriate behavior at any point in time during the experience will be cause for immediate removal from the event and may result in the winning bidder and his/her guest(s) being blocked from any further participation in GRAMMY® Charity Online Auctions and/or being refused entry to future events. 
  • The winner and his/her guest(s) consent to the conduct of a criminal background check the results of which must be satisfactory to The Recording Academy®, GRAMMY Charities and artist management, in their sole discretion, before tickets/passes to any event will be released to the winner.
  • Winner must be approved by charity and artist management before final payment will be accepted and the experience fulfilled.
  • The Recording Academy and GRAMMY Charities and artist management reserve the right to refuse fulfillment in their sole discretion, and may refuse, refund and/or cancel fulfillment at any time, for any reason or for no reason at all.
  • The Recording Academy, GRAMMY Charities and artist management will not be responsible for the winning bidder or his/her guest(s) inability to arrive as requested to the determined event/venue for fulfillment of this package.
  • The Recording Academy, GRAMMY Charities and artist management shall not be liable to the winning bidder for any failure, delay, cancellation, interruption or changes to any provision of services, events or travel packages purchased which is occasioned by causes beyond our control including, but not restricted to fires, earthquakes, floods or other inclement weather, war, civil commotion or disturbances, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, accidents, epidemic, interruptions in or delays of transportation services, electrical or power failures or outages, failures or delays in obtaining delivery from donors or manufacturers, suspension or nonrenewal of the venue’s license for any reasons whatsoever, or any act ruling, regulation or law of any government bureau or agency or public authority. Delays so caused shall not release winners from their obligations to accept and pay for the items purchased.
  • This package includes only the items/services/opportunities specified within the listing page description above. No additional items/services/opportunities are included. 
  • The winning bidder is solely responsible for accommodations, meals and ground transportation to and from the event/venue unless otherwise stated in the description.

The minimum processing and handling charge for this item is $9.95.

The minimum shipping, handling and applicable insurance charge for non-tangible items is $9.95. Detailed redemption information will be emailed to the winning bidder. The minimum shipping charge for hard copies of tickets and certificates is $14.95. The minimum shipping charge for merchandise is $19.95 (shipments outside the U.S. are subject to additional shipping and customs fees). Tickets, certificates and merchandise are typically shipped with signature required, unless otherwise specified, via professional carrier. In some cases, tickets will be left at the venue's "Will Call" window under the winner's name. Merchandise is insured for the winning amount.
